Can I return or exchange the items that I purchased?

Normal Priced Items.
We are so sorry to inform you that we do not offer cash back returns. However, if there’s any issue that requires you to switch to another size, we would be glad to provide you an exchange with the right size provided that the purchased item is unworn, unwashed and label still attached. There are some cases where the preferred size happened to be out of stock, we could only offer you store credit of the exact same amount. If the value of the exchanged item is higher, you should be charged of the additional amount. If the value is lesser, no cash refund will be given.

Sale Items.
As for sale items, we strictly do not allow returns and exchange of the purchased items.

These are not the stuff that I ordered/ My order is incomplete / There are some defects on the items that I ordered!

Snap a picture of the items delivered to together with your order details and ID, and send it to We will provide you with the right items or exchange with the new one. I already placed an order. Can I cancel, change or add items?

We have a strict no refunds and returns policy. But if there are any issues regarding the items, we are flexible in allowing you to exchange them with items of the same amount of value. The exchange should be made within 7 days, in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed with the label attached. Kindly provide the original copy of the receipt or printed receipt from the email.

Yes, you are welcome to add more items in your orders. We would advise you to contact us directly if you need to combine the second or third separate order(s), so we could ship them out at once to save up on shipping fee.

Changes regarding the mailing details, phone no. and etc can be made, only if the parcel has not been sent out yet. If the parcel has already been sent out, new would not be able to make any changes.

Where do you deliver?

We ship all over Malaysia with flat rate of RM 10 for West Malaysia and RM20 for East Malaysia.

Do you ship internationally?

For the time being, we only deliver orders to Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore. Kindly refer to the table below for our shipping rates for these 3 countries. The postage fee will be charged according to the weight of the parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order(s)?

Domestic orders would take 3-5 days to arrive at your door step while international orders would take 10-18 days.

This is a last minute shopping and I need the clothes as soon as possible. Is there any way I could get them fast?
