1. This website is operated by Azura Azwa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Azura Azwa. Azura Azwa offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

2. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

3. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website. 

4. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

5. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. 

6. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

7. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product without notice at any time. 

8. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

9. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. 

10. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

11. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by Personal Data Protection Act 2010. 

12. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. The price shown does not include Shipping Fee. 

2. We deliver through PosLaju nationwide with a flat rate of RM10, within Malaysia. 

3. All items sold are not exchangable or refundable. 

4. You will receive items around 4-8 working days* after the payment is confirmed. 

5. We currently do not deliver to locations out of Malaysia. 

6. We will email you with an order ID once the items are packed and shipped. Paid orders made before 3pm will be shipped out on the same day. Orders after 3pm will be shipped out the next day. Orders placed on Friday until Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week. 

7. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. Azura Azwa will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Pos Malaysia/PosLaju. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabouts, you may contact Poslaju at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603 – 27279100 (Overseas). 

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns are accepted if they’re sent back to us within 15 days of receipt.

2. Clothes that need to be exchanged have to be returned in its original packaging with swing tags on, unwashed, undamaged, unmarked and unaltered.

3. Please inform us at hello@azura-azwa.com for return & refund to be made. Customers pay shipping costs and we will not be responsible for the items until they reach our office.

4. Items sold during a SALE are not allowed for exchange and return.
